When you download a help file (*.chm), the content may result in blank pages or pages containing an error message.

This is due to Microsoft’s security policy.

To fix the problem, follow these steps:

  1. Download the file
  2. In Explorer, go to the location (folder) of the downloaded file
  3. Right-click the downloaded file
  4. Choose the Properties option
  5. At the bottom of this screen, click the “Unblock” button.

Now the file has its original content.
