When you download a help file (*.chm), the content may result in blank pages or pages containing an error message.
This is due to Microsoft’s security policy.
To fix the problem, follow these steps:
- Download the file
- In Explorer, go to the location (folder) of the downloaded file
- Right-click the downloaded file
- Choose the Properties option
- At the bottom of this screen, click the “Unblock” button.
Now the file has its original content.
